Last week, Bloomberg BNA launched its inaugural “Big Law Business Summit” in New York. Many points were relevant to smaller firms, not just "big law."  Three themes:  the changing relationship as In-House Counsel take on more work, how collaboration externally and internally lifts all ships and impacts the client relationship, and how more must be done regarding cyber security.
